Family life coaching
Designed to assist with the dynamics of everyday family life.
- You will gain crucial knowledge and understanding of child development and evidence-based parenting practices utilizing a coaching approach to support and assist with parenting skills that improve family dynamics.
- Your family’s important and unique goals will be identified and achieved as you partner with me as your coach.
Each session provides:
· Training in specific parenting tools.
· Coaching support surrounding real-time challenging scenarios in your family life.
This program is specifically designed to lessen power struggles, improve communication, and increase respect by also learning who you are as an individual.
Coaching sessions focus on specific goals (created in the beginning stages of the program) intended to promote a sense of clarity, encouragement, and renewed hope for you as you parent.
Includes:
· 6 or 12 one-hour coaching sessions (depending on the selected program length*).
· Text and/or email support between session.
· Self-Development and Assessment forms.
Individual Mentoring
So how does mentoring with me work?
You have the option of starting with 6 or 12 sessions each running an hour long. If you choose to go with the 12 sessions we will meet on a biweekly basis via phone/video chat and the alternative weeks we will do an email/text check in whichever you prefer. During the week that we do not meet, there will be self development work given all individually catered to each client.
Developed to foster empowerment by promoting goal achievement in a way that is specific to you.
· You will learn to set goals and overcome obstacles.
· You can expect to feel more fulfilled in your life, relationships, and career.

· Identifying who you are and discovering your unique talents.
· Coaching support surrounding real-time challenging scenarios in your life.

· Text and/or email support between session.
· Self-Development and Assessment forms.
