Vision.

Shami is  a MPH graduate with 13+ years of experience in family advocacy and social services including but not limited to Family Crisis Management , due to mental health challenges and other extenuating factors. I have 10 years of experience providing ‘Strength Based Solution Focused ‘education to families in need as well as Public Agencies; providing initial client assessments, facilitating wrap-around services, coordinating resource team meetings, and developing crisis plans. 

Situations that I would assist with as a Family Coach will include but are not limited to : understanding your identity, relationship building between parents and children; dealing with turbulent teenagers and managing work/life balance for a more rewarding family and home life.

Shami is also a  married mother of two wonderful little girls and finds so much joy in strengthening other families, to being what they envision. She empowers families with insights, that lead to enjoying happier, more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others. Shami will provide tools combining evidence-based curriculum with real life effective relationship skills. Her  greatest trait being  compassion, that is enhanced by her love for humanity and ability to make people feel comfortable in her presence.
